AP Chemistry is a hybrid digital exam — MCQ is fully digital, FRQ is viewed digitally but answered on paper.

One detail worth planning around: because Section I finishes digitally and Section II is handwritten, there is a short administrative break between the two sections while proctors distribute the paper booklets.
